Who we are. This website is published by Zannini Group LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (the data controller). Contact: the form on the home page.
What we collect and why. Only what you type in the contact form — name, email, organisation (optional) and message — in order to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request (GDPR art. 6.1.f) and, where required, your consent. The form is processed by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts this site and stores form submissions on our behalf; Netlify also keeps ordinary technical server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or trackers. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Health data. Please do not send medical images, test results or any information about your health through this site. If you do, we will delete it and not use it. The RetiVista prototype processes retinal images only on the computer where it is installed; nothing is uploaded to this website.
Retention and rights. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Your data is not sold and is not shared with anyone except the service providers named above.
International transfers. Zannini Group LLC and Netlify are established in the United States; the safeguards applicable to transfers from the EU are the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, as implemented by Netlify.
