The Lari site, Spinelli
Zannini Immobiliare S.r.l. was founded in Pisa in 2005 by Cav. Lav. Flaminio Farnesi. The company buys, develops and manages land and buildings and has been managed by Bruno Farnesi since 2016. Its main asset is the residential expansion area in Lari, Spinelli: about 12,500 sqm in a single plot, assembled between 2004 and 2009, with the public car park already built by the municipality on its frontage.
A 2016 subdivision plan provides for 21 residential units on two floors, with a residential gross floor area of 2,184 sqm, ready to be taken up as it is or redesigned by the buyer.
